Hyderabad: The American software company ServiceNow has the second largest research and development (R&D) center in Hyderabad. Its headcount has tripled in the past two years and hopes to hire more talents.
The company provides companies with a cloud computing platform to manage their digital workflows. The company is keen to hire more people to improve its engineering capabilities and improve the skills of existing employees. It recently acquired Intellibot, a robotic process automation (RPA) company based in Hyderabad. Through this cooperation, the city company will help ServiceNow customers automate repetitive tasks and increase automation. ServiceNow will build Intellibot’s functionality natively on its platform to help its customers integrate with modern and legacy systems.
As part of the NextGen program aimed at training students, the Hyderabad Center recruits students from leading institutions such as IIT, NIT, and IIIT. The plan is being completed in cooperation with TCS, IBM, Infosys, KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro and L&T Infotech. The training certification agency covers technical training, certification and customized training. In 2020, it will train 47,000 trainees around the world and plan to train 1,800-2,000 trainees in India next year.
