Service Today (NYSE: NOW ) gained potential five years, $250 million blanket purchase agreement from the Department of Health and Human Services to provide digital workflow platforms to help HHS manage applications, optimize inventory and reduce waste.
The company said Thursday it has partnered with Carahsoft Technology to offer its ServiceNow Technology Workflows, Employee Workflows, Creator Workflows and Customer Workflows to HHS through BPA in support of the agency’s digital transformation efforts.
“As the Department of Health and Human Services strives to accelerate its digital transformation, providing a quality user experience and helping to optimize inventory has never been more important,” said Jonathan Alboumfederal chief technology officer at ServiceNow.
“We are happy to forge a relationship with HHS and are committed to providing the agency with the tools necessary to meet their goals,” added Album.
ServiceNow offerings can help HHS achieve operational resilience for low-code/no-code application development, grant platforms, human resource service delivery, service and case management needs, zero trust architecture, cloud, audit and asset management and support other information technology requirements.
Carahsoft also offers ServiceNow platforms to public sector customers through its General Administration Service Schedule and reseller partners.
