ServiceNow, Inc Now, NOW has recently obtained a multi-year workflow solution agreement between the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Women’s Basketball Association (WNBA) to ensure safer games.
The NBA and WNBA will deploy ServiceNow’s Employee workflow solutions in venues to perform health check procedures and other manual procedures to minimize the risk transmission after the COVID-19 pandemic begins in these leagues.
In addition, ServiceNow added that the NBA and WNBA were able to conduct health checks on 2,600 individuals who entered the Florida campus. These visitors entered with different identities as visitors, vendors or campus staff. The company also processed 13,000 basic documents at the venue.

Looking ahead, both the NBA and the WNBA League will use ServiceNow’s software asset management solutions to increase workload and simplify software expenditures. The customer service management (CSM) solution will be used to provide a rich experience for players, their coaches and fans.
By deploying ServiceNow’s integrated risk management solutions, alliances can provide risk and compliance management solutions in their digital businesses. The IT Operations Pro solution will help the NBA and WNBA rationalize cloud spending and provide greater visibility into the league’s IT infrastructure.
The NBA and WNBA deal is a big victory for ServiceNow because it demonstrates the advantages of its innovative workflow solutions. In addition, higher levels of adoption of ServiceNow products may drive revenue growth in the coming days and instill investor optimism about the stock.
It’s worth noting that the company’s stock has a year-to-date return of 82.3%, while the industry’s gain is 33.8%.
The demand for return to work solutions continues to increase
The Covid-19 epidemic forced governments around the world to declare a lockdown, which triggered a wave of home office and home work.

Prior to this, ServiceNow launched a new workflow using Microsoft’s MSFT Teams application to improve employee productivity with faster case resolution and seamless self-service.
Last month, ServiceNow partnered with Cisco’s CSCO DNA Spaces to expand its Contact Tracing application.
