It enables them to standardize the documents, interactions and executions of employee queries and requests, while viewing the number and types of incoming cases.
  • Workplace booking management Allow employees to book and reserve any physical workspace through the omnichannel self-service interface. They can reserve desks, offices, equipment or parking spaces for a day or a week through mobile devices or desktop computers. Employees can also book conference rooms for team meetings based on the availability of graphical Gantt chart views. Employees can create the best environment for their meetings, so meeting time, staff time and convenience facilities can be optimized to improve work efficiency.
  • Workplace visitor management Allows employees to easily register guests arriving at the workplace, while automatically arranging their planned arrival tasks and visitor communication procedures. Workplace teams and office receptionists can easily monitor the arrival status of visitors using real-time dashboards. Automatic tasks and approvals are generated to initiate building visits, badge printing, Wi-Fi access, and any other requirements to reach them. Workplace visitor management will be provided in the workplace service delivery in late October.
  • Workplace space management Provide workplace managers with the tools and visibility they need to help them plan and optimize the evolving digital workplace. Workplace teams can use space utilization tools and dashboards to optimize floor space and meeting room utilization. Workplace Space Management will be offered in Workplace Service Delivery products next month.

ServiceNow will continue to introduce new features for workplace service delivery, including performance analysis and predictive intelligence, enabling companies to develop and optimize workspace and workplace design based on the changing needs of employees. This version is an asset after ServiceNow acquired App4Mation’s 4Facility asset in the second quarter of 2020, which is the basis for the new Workplace Service Delivery product.
