The “Employee Health Screening” application for employee health screening enables companies to inspect employees before they enter the workplace to ensure compliance with entry regulations such as temperature control and personal protective equipment (PPE). After the inspection, the employer can decide whether to enter the workplace. The app also provides a reporting dashboard to show trends in each location and record work returns.

The “Workplace Safety Management” application enables facility and workplace service managers to quickly set up a clean, hygienic, and social work space. Ready-to-use reports and dashboards provide a real-time overview of workspace reservations for all floors, buildings and locations. Operations managers can also view the status of all cleaning tasks in real time, including a complete audit trail history.

The “Workplace Personal Protective Equipment Inventory Management” application can help companies manage and monitor the demand for personal protective equipment to ensure the personal safety of employees. The app’s dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of each facility list and a summary view of the entire workplace. In addition, historical data on how the list of protective equipment changes over time is provided. The inventory level can be updated every day to achieve accurate inventory management.

Using the Now platform, ServiceNow and its Safe Workplace dashboard aggregate all the data collected by these applications into one view. The dashboard is available for free, it provides a visualization of the data collected by these applications, and overlays a map that uses aggregated public data on infection rates. This allows companies to view the geographic development of infections and scan specific locations. The company location is marked with information, and then it can be determined whether the location remains open or can be reopened.
