Softcat and Cisco win the best technical workplace in the UK

Softcat, Cisco and Salesforce have been named by Great Place to Work as one of the best tech workplaces in the UK in 2021.

IT infrastructure provider Softcat ranks first in the list of very large organizations, followed by network hardware business Cisco. The first place on the list of large organizations is the software company ServiceNow, while the technology services company Natilik was awarded the best employer for medium-sized technology, and the sports video platform Recast Sports won the small employer award.

This list, now in its fourth year, focuses on employers who have taken steps to promote employee well-being, prioritize employee well-being, and create a positive workplace culture that recognizes and rewards.

According to Great Place to Work, the employers on the list have won recognition for their continuous innovation, productivity improvement, and excellent overall employee experience before and during the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Ben Gautrey, managing director of Great Place to Work UK, believes that seeing many organizations prioritize building a positive employee experience in the technology sector is “incredibly encouraging.”

He explained that 98 companies have been recognized this year, which is the highest number since the list was launched four years ago.
