Roles

Come join the IT Strategy, Planning and Business Operations (IT SPBO) team and participate in this transformation. We link the teams, data and processes across the entire IT organization to achieve the execution of IT strategies and key IT priorities. We changed the way IT works, digitized IT operations and promoted operational excellence.

What will you do in this role:

  • Acting as an intermediary between the global corporate talent acquisition team and our IT business leaders to promote the college’s recruitment plan; corporate summer intern program, IT intern program, IT new employee induction training, IT brown leather bag, and IT executives Meet and participate in other IT forums
  • Develop and publish the content of IT-wide communications with the IT communications director; IT owners, IT leaders forums and IT communications
  • IT business partners are responsible for the execution of various IT plans and activities, because this is related to the operational rhythm of our talents and cultural activities; newsletter, go all out, recognition, new directions.
  • Coordinate and lead the Diversity, Inclusion and Sense of Belonging (DIB) program activities of the entire IT organization to ensure overall coordination with our Corporate Talent business partners
  • Define, implement and promote the overall participation model for talent and cultural plans (including their communication plans) year by year
  • Provide temporary project and program management support based on talent and cultural plans

  • Your self-motivation and organizational skills are strong, and you can thrive in a fast and dynamic environment. You can determine priorities and adjust accordingly according to current work needs.
  • You can communicate effectively and send presentations to groups at all levels, and can answer questions calmly and confidently
  • You have a strong professional ethics, disciplined execution ability, and are willing to provide results
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in relevant business roles/functions (such as program/project management, communication or business operations).
  • It is best to have project management experience in university recruitment and/or other functional areas of human resources.
