Task description
ServiceNow’s Professional Technical Supervisor-Application Manager F/M
COVEA has chosen to invest in the ServiceNow platform to cover its series of tools for IT professionals (production center processes and services, budget management, event management, time recording, etc.) and cannot answer:
Certain cross-functional workflow requirements (anti-corruption work, declaration of inactivity, etc.)
Management of arrival, departure, liquidity…

Join a team of more than a dozen collaborators in TSI DG Transverses who are responsible for the IT work of the IT department and become our experts in COVEA’s thriving ServiceNow solutions.
Your mission? You will be a recognized and experienced expert on the ServiceNow platform, and you will become the technical support of our agile operations team, responsible for working with publishers to ensure compliance with platform standards. You will help everyone on the team define the most appropriate way to meet development and configuration needs.
Specifically? You will be the following actor:
*Ensure compliance with good development specifications and platform standards (must be a +++ ServiceNow expert)
*Responsible for the centralization of technical documents; explain the rules to be followed, and jointly negotiate within the ServiceNow technical team, and ensure that all stakeholders abide by these rules
* With your excellent technical knowledge of the platform, provide technical support for developers
* Be positioned as the support of technical architect
*Participate in design seminars and implementation options
*Make sure to take into account ServiceNow patches and versions, and make sure they are included in the release
*Ensure technical watches are directly linked to the platform
*Manage HI portal (ServiceNow support and technical management of our instance)
*Support and manage Covéa subscribed ServiceNow instances on the HI portal
*Help to set up automated tests

If it is you?
If you know the following skills, please join the team:
-Confirmed technical director ServiceNow experience
– Essential certification: ServiceNow basic knowledge, ServiceNow implementation expert ITSM
-Other ServiceNow certifications will be a plus
-Current practice of using English (written and spoken) to communicate with editors
