smallolutionize Global and Whyaye have joined hands to launch ServiceNow® customer service management (with an investment of more than £150,000) to streamline processes and provide smarter digital workflows to provide operational excellence.
The technology solutions and service providers have integrated the first phase of the release of ServiceNow’s latest platform, which is designed to help companies drive growth, strengthen company continuity strategies and increase employee productivity.
As organizations continue to face challenges amidst economic turmoil to maintain agility and resilience, ServiceNow’s platform will support all three of Solutionize Global’s service desk functions to operate efficiently-but will still use the same common service data model and Back-end workflow-and provide more features. Tailored customer experience.
Cooperated with Whyaye, a consulting company in the northeast, which helped strategically launch the NowPlatform® Paris version. The business process platform further supports Solutionize Global’s new SD-WAN managed service, which will be released in November.

This is the first time that Solutionize Global, a company with a turnover of £43 million and a gold partner of Dell Technologies, has collaborated with the northern company Whyaye (consulting and ServiceNow implementation specialist).
