San Francisco, May 27, 2021 /CNW/–Gryphon Investors (“Gryphon”), a leading mid-market private equity firm, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in the Highmetric ServiceNow division (“Acacia”) from Acacia Group (a global digital IT service provider). The company retained a minority stake in the company. The independent ServiceNow business will continue to be called Highmetric, while the non-ServiceNow division has been renamed MajorKey Technologies and will continue to be supported by The Acacia Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Highmetric is an elite partner of ServiceNow. ServiceNow is a cloud computing platform that can help companies optimize digital workflows and provide important functions in customer service management, human resources and employee IT service management, and IT operations management. Gryphon also announced the first two members of the Highmetric family and reached a final agreement to acquire Fishbone Analytics, Inc. and Iceberg Networks. These strategic additions will make the combined Highmetric the world’s largest pure ServiceNow partner, with 300 team members who bring expertise and experience in ServiceNow products and bring additional benefits of global delivery capabilities.

Mr. Roenfeldt most recently served as the senior director of Deloitte Consulting and served as the global chief customer service partner for Deloitte’s entire company’s ServiceNow business.
