On a global scale and in the Nordic region, American Servicenow, which is most easily described as a cloud service platform, is emerging.

Servicenow belongs to a company that is often described as being born in the cloud. If you look at the companies of major competitors, they are from the old IT world like BIT, CA, and HPE.

-These are the people we compete with the most. They usually do the installation on site, but some of them are in progress. Frederick Wennmark said that BMC has a long history, but it is not so active when it comes to clouds. Of course, it is not too late to sing cloud hymns.

-When it comes to the security of your own data center, it is difficult to maintain the same level. The advantage of it being cloud-based is that it becomes available and we can see customer behavior. Many users have benefited a lot from it. It is an advantage for us to be able to tell customers what happened.

His current task is to build the Nordic part of the company. Since all business is conducted through partners, the new channel manager Daniel Österbergh certainly also plays a key role. As I said, the company has great ambitions, and currently has about 5,000 employees worldwide.

-As a company, we have a positive side, we see that partners want to cooperate with us. We try our best to ride it. Today, 47% of all business applications are cloud services. However, these 47% still have a lot to do, depending on your job. Frederick Winmark said that we expect that in four years our sales will be four times what it is today.
