In addition, using the cloud-based digital workflow ServiceNow, we will provide a new operation portal as a user interface. Information such as job requests and knowledge of IT operation providers previously managed by multiple tools will be aggregated in one portal and can be shared among related parties.

In addition, TIS will consider using ServiceNow to expand services in the future.
