We are looking for a tried-and-tested and experienced sales leader to be responsible for the overall sales strategy and the execution of sales among our largest customers and potential Western customers. They will implement and execute growth plans to create demand in the market, while leading, developing and managing a senior team of field sales managers with a matrix sales model. The sales leader will focus on achieving goals in a fast sales environment with strong management skills and a consistent record of exceeding quotas. They will be strategic, analytical thinkers and know how to use data to make decisions and execute annual and quarterly sales plans focused on selling to the most strategic corporate customers. They will have a high degree of integrity, strong expression and communication skills, and a passion for winning.
What will you do in this role:
- Reach and exceed the allocated team quota, continue to expand the scale and expand the territory
- Implement vertical and horizontal sales strategies
- Manage and lead a team of three to five front-line sales managers, with five to seven managers
- Individual contributors (account director/corporate account executive) report to them.
- Authorize and guide your team to develop a strategic customer plan, focusing on the long-term mutual success of ServiceNow and customers
- Use matrix sales structure
- Cooperate with solution consulting, professional services, product line sales experts
- Manage your team talent development and consistent recruitment practices
- Become a trusted advisor and leader, and set high standards from the front desk
- Build and cultivate relationships at the highest level of organizations
- Manage accurate forecasts and communications every day
- Promote customer success in your area
To succeed in this role, we need a:
- In a matrix sales environment in the field of enterprise software, he has more than 10 years of experience as a field sales representative for the management team of enterprise customers (more than 5,000 employees). He focuses on selling financial services, wealth management and insurance industry specific solutions.
- Rich experience in managing multi-level customer relationships; Demonstrated ability to instruct and instruct
- A consistent record of reaching and exceeding the team quota for sales to large customers (more than 10,000 employees)
- Attract, retain and develop high-performance, high-potential talents through evaluation, selection, entry, guidance and development experience
- A record of managing a growing team in different geographic locations in the western United States
- Possess a wealth of sales skills, interaction with customers, knowledge and proven skills in relationship with customers
- Powerful forecasting and reporting functions
- Reliable and consistent track record of sales to large enterprise-level customers and established relationships at the senior management level
- Good organizational skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, expression skills, problem-solving skills and time management skills
- Experience that inspires the team to follow established best practices
- The ability to navigate and collaborate through complex opportunities

The travel rate is as high as 50%. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, travel requirements are restricted until further notice. - Bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferred
