Newcastle-headquartered digital transformation specialist whyaye has entered into a partnership with US-based company 3CLogic, in a move that will strengthen its service offerings.
Whyaye, founded by Maureen Robson Norman, Anna Bisset and Lisa Smith in 2019, works to create IT transformation, business innovation and operational stability programs for clients within sectors such as financial services, PMCG organizations and technology companies.
The partnership will allow 3CLogic’s voice-enabled services for cloud platforms to be integrated into its programs.
3CLogic helps companies advance how they interact with customers and employees using features such as optimized self-service experiences, computer telephony integration (CTI), virtual and live interaction agent, and conversational analytics.
