In 2021, CDI saw organic growth of more than 35% in bookings across all businesses. Total bookings grew to more than $ 800 million as the organization seamlessly integrated five new acquisitions and carried out the merger process of recently acquired Candoris and Clearpath Solutions Group. With their catalog of solution capabilities growing and with the overall workforce more than doubling in size, CEO and President Rich Falcone, along with CDI Leadership, has planned an executive realignment that allows leadership to focus on key areas of business while growing the organization.

As they continue to develop into the future, CDI has made additional changes to their leadership team, raising many positions.
Vince Collado was appointed Chief Operating Officer and will now focus its consolidation efforts on the overall strategy, vision, and implementation for CDI. Over the past two years, CDI Digital has also seen tremendous growth. Thanks to Mr. Collado’s leadership, the Digital team, with its foundation in ServiceNow practice, currently has more employees than all CDIs 10 years ago.
Sam Shrefler has been appointed as the new EVP of Digital Services and will assume responsibility for the digital services tower. Mr. Shrefler was most recently Chief Technology Officer for Candoris, where he managed Professional Services, Managed Services, and Software Engineering. Candoris ’software engineering team brings additive capabilities to CDI’s growing Digital Services division, including new specializations in Salesforce consulting and modern cloud native application deployment.
Alyssa Hall was appointed Chief Marketing Officer, the first in the history of CDI. During her six -year leadership of the marketing department at CDI, Ms. Hall is a team of two in a team with 14 and from managing five vendor partnerships has become over 200. Through his leadership and execution, CDI’s world-class events have been recognized as a ‘can’ t-miss ”across the industry and lead major partnerships with leading CDI clients. Previously serving as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, he will continue to build on CDI’s world-class marketing department with an increased focus on global branding and partner relationships.
Brian Jones was appointed Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Upon joining the CDI team in 2020, he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. In his new capacity, Mr. Jones to continue to strategically expand CDI and lead all corporate development initiatives, including procurement and execution of acquisitions, while continuing to develop and measure HR, Legal and Compliance functions as CDI enters the next this stage of growth.
Since Mr. Jones joined CDI, Mr. Jones in driving the maturation of multiple corporate operations including the Finance, HR, and Legal elements, and thus making CDI a world-class organization. In addition, he has been primarily involved in implementing CDI’s rapid acquisition history to date, drawing his deep experience from his nearly 20-year investment banking career.
Jason Kalvesmaki was appointed Chief Revenue Officer and fully control the CDI Managed Services, Digital, and Security Sales teams. Mr. Kalvesmaki was at CDI for over 10 years from a Senior Account Executive in 2012 to, most recently, the position of Executive Vice President of Core Sales. He has been instrumental in developing CDI’s enterprise go-to-market strategy, and the overall development and growth of the core sales team. This move will consolidate all of CDI’s global revenue under one tower and support the growing sales organization. Kalvesmaki will also provide a bridge for technical and sales teams, which is key to CDI’s unity.
