The solution consulting (pre-sales) organization is a vital part of the ServiceNow sales ecosystem and is respected by people. The organization sets and expects to achieve high standards in interaction with potential customers and customers and internally, and focus on performance.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a solution consulting director to lead and manage a team of experienced solution consulting managers and solution consultants. The team will work to develop our financial services field. The leader will have strong influence and networking skills to connect the team to a cross-functional support team. The manager will also bring you fascinating experience and experience to guide and train frontline SC managers and senior personal contributors.

- Review resource adjustments, SC workflow/participation activities, plan professional coverage of all major sales activity areas (direct and indirect)

- Become a player coach when needed according to team needs.
- Act as the pre-execution and pre-sales contact within strategic accounts.
In order to succeed in this position, we need people with the following conditions:
- Experience in second-line leadership is preferred.
- Experience the experience of executing pre-sales campaigns for vertical marketing. Specific vertical experience in retail banking, insurance and wealth/asset management is preferred.
- Understand the needs of the regional sales organization and develop an execution plan to achieve the goal.
- Develop teams based on business needs and personal professional goals.
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels.
- Communicate effectively. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Conduct comfortable coaching, coaching and leading individuals and teams.
