Roles

In this position, you will be immersed in innovation by building, maintaining and supporting customized ServiceNow business solutions that contribute to the sales and productivity increase of the Solution Consulting Group.

What will you do in this role:

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by implementing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (code review, unit testing, etc.).
• Play a key role in the design and implementation of customized business solutions for service solution consulting services.
• Work with a strong team to improve the development and deployment of applications and customize settings.
• Use agile software development methods to work daily with a dynamic team of like-minded developers, product managers and quality engineers.
• Use configuration management tools to automate the deployment of applications.
• Maintain and improve the knowledge sharing process of the entire engineering team.
• Work with product managers/owners and user experience designers to provide a pleasant experience.

In order to succeed in this position, we need people with the following conditions:

• Bachelor/Master of Computer Science or related disciplines
• More than 5 years of software development experience.
• More than 2 years of work experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work comfortably in a high-tempo working environment and can adapt to rapidly changing business drivers.
• Possess strong technology and skills, and have reliable architecture and design records
• Passionate about software development and problem solving.
• Experienced Full Stack developers have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Excellent JavaScript skills and experience using libraries such as AngularJS, Bootstrap, React and Node.js.
• Self-starting, with a fast learning curve.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Have a solid understanding and experience of the agile software development life cycle.

Other preferred skills and/or experience required:

• ITIL experience or certification.
• ServiceNow system administrator certification or ServiceNow Application Developer certification is preferred.
