British TESM, a provider of solutions, processes and technologies based on the ServiceNow platform, opened an office in Rotterdam yesterday. The Dutch branch is headed by Maarten le Noble of KPN.

According to Le Noble, there are two propositions that will become the core of TESM’s Dutch branch in the next period. First, grc (which stands for governance, risk, and compliance) is a ServiceNow-based solution. The new director said: “This solution can help companies easily, quickly and conveniently comply with the most diverse laws and regulations, such as the current GDPR.”

The second solution is ServiceNow’s service catalog. TESM claims to be able to achieve this goal within twelve weeks. “Authorized employees can quickly add new services to the ServiceNow catalog by themselves, without knocking on the door of their IT department. After that, they often have to wait a long time. With the new service catalog, product owners can help employees within 48 hours Provide new services. For example, facility managers can quickly develop car wash services, while telecommunications managers can distribute new calls.
