Organize is a ServiceNow partner headquartered in Sao Paulo. It has just become the first company in Latin America to join the Silver-level US Transnational Service Management Solution Channel Program. The organization has only 20 companies worldwide.
Organize was founded in 2014 by Leandro Torres, former operations director and partner of Service IT. It was one of the first companies in Brazil to invest in the technology of American multinational companies and the country’s first certified channel.
As of 2015, ServiceNow has a country/region manager in the country, and its business continues to grow, including more local channels in the market.
At the beginning of this year, Stefanini joined the channel group, which has so far been dominated by small companies in the entry category of the program and high-level large global partners (such as Accenture, Deloitte and IBM).
Torres said: “This achievement consolidates us on the right path, as well as our continuous strengthening of the team, the adoption of best service delivery practices and internal knowledge sharing strategy.”
Today, Organize has 38 employees and will reach 50 by the end of the year. The company has 33 ServiceNow technology deployments, including names like Grupo Votorantim, Saint-Gobain and TV Globo.
