UST, which provides digital transformation solutions, acquired the ServiceNow business unit of IT automation solutions company abhra Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As part of the transaction, Kailash Attal, CEO and managing partner of abhra, has joined UST and will lead the company’s SaaS practice incubation and maturity program, including ServiceNow software, Workday and Coupa platform service products.
According to the company, the acquisition will help UST customers quickly adopt ServiceNow’s features, increase user adoption and maximize the value of their SaaS investment.
UST and abhra established an initial strategic partnership in 2016 to incubate and mature UST’s ServiceNow practice. During this period, abhra has provided ServiceNow solutions to more than 20 UST customers worldwide.
According to its website, abhra is headquartered in Warrenville, Illinois and has at least 150 employees.
