Enterprise software provider ServiceNow’s revenue in Australia and New Zealand increased by nearly a third, but it barely reduced its overall loss.

For the year ended December 31, 2020, the company reported revenue of approximately A$335 million, an increase of 31% from A$256 million in the previous year.

At the end of the year, there was a loss of A$30 million, a decrease of 6% from A$31 million in the same period last year.

One of ServiceNow’s biggest costs is the A$151 million “dealer fee” it paid to the Dutch parent company in 2020, which is A$54 million more than the amount paid in 2019.

This year, the cost of ServiceNow’s services increased by 37%, from 186 million Australian dollars to 255 million Australian dollars, and employee benefits also increased by nearly 20%, from 100 million Australian dollars to 119 million Australian dollars.
