ServiceNow’s fourth-quarter revenue increased by 31% to reach 1.25 billion U.S. dollars, with a profit of 17 million U.S. dollars. Subscription revenue in the fourth quarter of 2020 was US$1.184 billion, a year-on-year increase of 32%
Annual sales increased by 31% to 4.5 billion U.S. dollars, and net profit was 119 million U.S. dollars.
ServiceNow has a total of 1,093 customers and its annual contract value exceeds $1 million.
