IT integrator Digisystem has just opened an operation focusing on workflow automation tools in Cloud ServiceNow.
The company expects to hire 50 ServiceNow professionals in the next three months, and plans to triple this number in 2022.
The new department will be led by Rodrigo Brandão, who is the sales manager of Organize, one of the first Brazilian companies to bet on ServiceNow in 2014.
Organize eventually became one of the largest partners of this multinational company in Brazil, implemented 50 times, and was acquired by Accenture in August 2020.
Through this sale, Brandão became the manager of a vertical division of Accenture’s ServiceNow-focused division.
“From now on, Digisystem is positioned as one of the main ServiceNow partners and will play a role in the “end-to-end” of the ecosystem, enabling customers to get the best experience through a single service partner,” Brandão explained.
Having entered the market for 30 years, Digisystem has more than 1,200 professionals in 10 Brazilian states, and its brands include IBM, Philips, Microsoft and Oracle. The company provides services to more than 300 customers from the fields of education, government, industry, healthcare, finance, utilities, and retail.
Digisystem’s revenue in 2020 exceeded 100 million reais and is expected to increase by 30% in 2021.
