Accenture and ServiceNow formed a business group aimed at accelerating digital transformation and workflow.

The division is called “Accenture ServiceNow Business Group”, and its establishment is “the two companies will invest millions of dollars in the next five years.” The team will have approximately 8,500 ServiceNow experts in Accenture.

The responsibility of the Accenture ServiceNow business group is to enable organizations to iterate processes, adopt digital workflows and provide personalized experiences for customers and employees.

In addition, Accenture ServiceNow Group will also target vertical industries, including telecommunications, financial services, government, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences.

For ServiceNow, this partnership has accelerated CEO Bill McDermott’s plan to target industries that want process automation and rapid development. Through Accenture, ServiceNow will also be able to make its platform stand out in more industry workflows.

Accenture CEO Julie Sweet (Julie Sweet) said that this cooperation will help companies “bring greater 360-degree value and benefit everyone.”

The group will focus on employee engagement, customer service, operations, artificial intelligence for IT operations, and security and risk workflows.

ServiceNow and Accenture are already working with government entities and implementation partners in other industries.
