Filderstadt, 28 October 2022 – All for One Group SE, leading consulting and IT group based in Filderstadt, announced the decision of the supervisory board to appoint Lars Landwehrkamp and Michael Zitz as Co-CEO and spokesperson for the management board, effective on November 1, 2022. So, for the first time, the Group will be headed by two people.
As explained by Josef Blazicek, chair of the supervisory board of All for One Group: »Over the past two and a half years, the management board under CEO Lars Landwehrkamp has succeeded in growing All for One Group and keeping it stable on track – despite the difficult conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to internally organize our SAP business. Moving forward, we must strictly adhere to the path we have chosen. We are very pleased that Lars Landwehrkamp (63), Michael Zitz (42) and Stefan Land (55) have expressed their willingness to continue leading the All for One Group in the future as members of the management board.«
Leadership transition: Interim tandem management
When Lars Landwehrkamp steps down from the management board, as planned, at the end of the 2023/24 financial year, he will continue to support the Group in an advisory capacity. Josef Blazicek continued: »By appointing Lars Landwehrkamp and Michael Zitz as Co-CEOs and spokespersons for the management board, we are now preparing the future CEO leadership transition. We are firmly convinced that this management board constellation will put us in an excellent position to steer the Group towards more profitable growth and thus create sustainable value for our shareholders.«
According to Lars Landwehrkamp, current CEO: »Both the decision to appoint Michael Zitz as Co-CEO and the timing of both are, in my opinion, perfect for the further development of the All for One Group. I am very much in favor of this decision, especially since I have found Michael to be very forward-looking and target-oriented when working with him on management board matters over the past year and a half. The fact that we have the same entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of leadership and culture is undoubtedly why we work well together.«
Management appointments with overall Group responsibility
Additional appointments effective November 1, 2022 include Ralf Linha as Chief Regional Delivery Officer (CRDO) and Carsten Lange as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), both of whom have overall responsibility for the Group. In his capacity as CRDO, Linha – who has been working for All for One Group at the management level for many years – will be responsible for the expansion of All for One Group’s Regional Delivery Centers. Carsten Lange is a manager with global experience who has been recruited by the Group since November 1, 2022 to assume the Group’s overall responsibility for sales in his capacity as CSO. Carsten Lange joins the Group from Fujitsu, where he successfully managed the Business Application Consulting & Services division consisting of Centers of Excellence for SAP, Microsoft and ServiceNow.
Michael Zitz, to be Co-CEO at All for One Group: »Ralf Linha and Carsten Lange are two experienced top managers, and we are pleased that they will take on the overall responsibility of the Group in the business areas in which they are experts and they will work with the management board to further drive the sustainable profitable growth of the All for One Group.«
