ServiceNow Inc. has introduced new mobile technology features that allow employees to reserve working space when the company begins to reopen the office, and facility managers can use floor space.
The choice of returning to work aims to simplify the process that will certainly be a complicated one in the new mixed home office work environment across the country. The company must not only arrange shocking schedules or hotel accommodations, but also remodel the work space for safety and productivity reasons.
Blake McConnell, Executive Vice President of Employee Workflow at ServiceNow NOW, said: “It’s all about the employee booking experience and event management.”

Technology companies — the first companies that required employees to work from home during the pandemic — are leading the trend of returning to the office in the fall. Their reopening plan provides a glimpse into office life in the coming years, with an emphasis on mixed work models and a three-day on-site work week.
ServiceNow estimates that by 2024, the total potential market for employee workflows is expected to reach 20 billion U.S. dollars-this is the key reason why the company’s stock price has risen 33% in the past 12 months and the transaction price per share exceeds 550 U.S. dollars.
“Because ServiceNow is a popular [information technology service management] Suppliers, many IT teams involved in the purchase decision of the space reservation system are already familiar with the platform,” IDC analyst Juliana Beauvais told MarketWatch. “ServiceNow can reach thousands of potential buyers by just reaching out to existing customers. “
Beauvais said that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one in five organizations worldwide plan to add at least one new application. “If you just put [2,000 largest companies in the world]”,” she said, “this may mean that the new annual software license value for the next three years will exceed $6 billion. “
On an analyst day in May, the San Francisco-based company predicted that by 2024, its annual revenue would double to $10 billion, and by 2026, it would triple to $15 billion.
“We have tremendous motivation and opportunities to achieve digital transformation,” ServiceNow Chief Financial Officer Gina Mastantuono told MarketWatch.
