Brazil’s ISG Provider Lens™ ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners 2021 report points out that local service providers are going beyond core ServiceNow functions and IT Service Management (ITSM) to provide an agile workflow platform that can manage business requests and cases for various business functions . The report said that, on the other hand, ServiceNow’s large global partners have slower product expansion than these local suppliers, and missed the opportunity to provide a wider range of digital transformation services.

The report lists Accenture and Capgemini as leaders in the three quadrants. AlparService, Aoop, Deloitte, DXC Technology and nuvolax were rated as leaders in two quadrants. ProV and TIVIT each lead in a quadrant.
