(“P5”), a transformational consulting firm known for helping clients establish better processes across the through modernization and digital optimization. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in the Washington DC area, P5 is a highly rated and fast-growing ServiceNow Elite partner, with deep experience in Enterprise Service Management consulting and a strong track record of success in IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM) and development of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. With the acquisition of P5, CDI, also a partner of ServiceNow Elite, increases its ServiceNow service delivery team, adds depth to its digital operations capabilities and expands its offshore delivery model. The acquisition also gives both organizations greater scale, bandwidth and geographical sales reach.
