Ernst & Young’s EY Canada has acquired ServiceNow partner SuMO IT Solutions. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The seller said that SuMO IT Solutions is the first Canadian company to obtain the status of ServiceNow Elite Partner and is also an authorized training partner. SuMO’s areas of expertise include IT and customer service management, asset management, human resource service delivery, and security operations.
At the same time, Ernst & Young is a partner of the global elite ServiceNow.
