Financial Executives International (FEI), the organization of choice for CFOs and other senior-level finance executives, today announced the election of a new list of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the financial year. , effective July 1, 2022.

Bret Lawson will serve as national Chairman of the Board. Lawson has been a Member of the FEI since 2009 and participated in several leadership roles before serving two terms as President of the FEI Arizona Chapter from 2012-2014. Lawson was elected to the Board as a Director in 2016 and served as the Association’s Treasurer for two years before he took over as Vice Chairman.

Additional elected officials for the 2022-2023 fiscal year include:

  • Alice Jolla, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President, Corporate Finance and Services of Microsoft Corporation, joined FEI in 2011 and will serve as Vice-Chair of the Association. Jolla participated in the FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), which serves on various subsets for the Committee, including the Leases Working Group. Jolla served as Secretary of the Association for two years and most recently, as Treasurer of the FEI.
  • Paul Hensley, SVP of Finance, CFO, and Treasurer of HOLT CAT, will serve as Treasurer of the Association. Since becoming a Member of the FEI in 2004, Hensley has participated on the Board of Trustees of the Financial Education & Research Foundation (FERF), as well as on its Audit Committee. Prior to his election as Director in 2018, Hensley served in various positions on the FEI San Antonio Chapter Board.
  • Caroline Sullivan, SVP and Corporate Controller of Moody’s Corporation, will serve as Secretary of the Association. Since joining FEI in 2017, Sullivan has participated in FEI’s Committee on Finance & Information Technology (CFIT), as well as the Financial Accounting & Reporting Roundtable (FARR). Sullivan began his service on the Board in 2020 as Director.
  • Kevin T. McBride SVP, CAO, and Corporate Controller of ServiceNow will serve as Immediate Past Chair. Since becoming a Member of the FEI in 2012, McBride has served on several of the FEI’s Technical Committees, including CCR, before being elected to the Board as Director in 2017.
