We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Sr HR Systems Specialist to report to the Senior Manager HR Systems, the Sr HR Systems Specialist will implement, configure, and maintain HR Systems that conform to the HR strategy and following. with policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations related to improving operational performance. Ensures data integrity and management of all critical employee data storage. Provides advanced HR systems support to People and Culture colleagues, business leaders and employees.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to Sr Manager HR Systems, you will be empowered to:

  • Implements new systems, features, system upgrades and enhanced functionality in HR systems while ensuring compliance and desired results. Provides technical expertise as an expert on the subject of HRIS, focused on process improvement, streamlining system processes.
  • Provides system -level support of multiuser operating systems and software tools, including configuration, maintenance, report writing, and support of these systems.
  • Participates in ensuring data integrity and system accuracy, works with internal technical resources to ensure HR systems are accessible, functional, and fully functional.
  • Maintains standardized automated HR report for use by HR and business units. Works with Workforce Analytics and Insights Manager for ad-hoc reporting requirements contributing to performance metrics and indicators.
  • Collaborates with HR Subject Matter Experts (i.e., HR Business Partners, Talent Management team etc.) for identifying business requirements and associated artifacts, provides recommendations to streamline and better understand processes and functionality of HR technology.
  • Works with IT to implement innovative technology solutions using the HR system platform.
  • Participates in projects for multidisciplinary project teams composed of experts from various business units, trainers, stakeholders and external vendors. Implements/implements system requirements and related activities required for project implementation (business requirements, process documents, procedures etc.).
  • Develops and leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, new and/or upgrades. Works with HR users to coordinate all UATs, review findings and troubleshoot issues for resolution.
  • Collaborates with the Learning Consultant to develop and conduct training for HR teams and end users, including training manuals, procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Serves as backup for Workforce Analytics and Insights Manager, generating ad hoc reporting and/or dashboarding.
  • ServiceNow tickets are reviewed, assigned, and resolved within specified SLAs. Contact the appropriate P&C functional area to resolve questions that may be unrelated to the system.
  • WorkdayPRO HCM continues to improve knowledge by requesting relevant training courses ie WorkdayPRO HCM.
  • Maintains a level of knowledge that is not specific to any of the Labor Day areas but to all areas.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and needs through research and networking, evaluate options against business requirements and make management recommendations that enhance current business processes and systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work experience: Minimum 3+ years of technical and functional experience at the super user level with multiple HR Information Systems | Three (3) years experience in Workday HRIS functions and administration with an end user focus to enhance the employee experience.

Education: University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Human Resources | HR assignment (with HRPA) is preferred | Knowledge of HR law, principles, and practices Knowledge of HRIS and SaaS implementation, migration and configuration support.

Critical Skills: Solid experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis and translating business requirements into functional system requirements | Effective planning and organizational skills that are flexible to change and perform effectively under pressure Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills are essential Strong communication skills. Excellent organization, innovation, interpersonal and facilitation skills | Ability to manage confidential data professionally
