Globys provides ServiceNow application to increase digital self-service with communication service providers


Seattle, June 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/–Globys announced the launch of a new application that uses ServiceNow to automatically connect businesses with their communications service providers (CSP) as its business-to-business (B2B) portal platform and telecom expense management ( TEM) extension) portal solutions. The application supports the promotion of more employee self-service functions by providing all CSP spending and usage details in a central IT portal powered by ServiceNow.
