Infosys and ServiceNow collaborate to advance the digitalization of manufacturing

Infosys and ServiceNow have joined forces to support the digital transformation journey of the manufacturing industry. This collaboration will enable IT professionals to leverage their industry cloud blueprints (part of Infosys Cobalt) and deploy ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) to digitize factories, workshops and factory operations.

Infosys said in a press release on Tuesday that Infosys will use its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Cafe and ServiceNow OTM to improve the resilience and availability of key OT systems throughout the manufacturing sector.

Built on the Now platform, ESM Cafe is an AI-driven plug-and-play solution, which contains all the process templates and code that can be deployed immediately, so that your ServiceNow implementation speed can be increased by 40% to 50%.
