Infosys today announced its partnership with ServiceNow, a leading digital workflow company dedicated to providing people with better jobs and providing enterprise-level service management for manufacturing customers. Through this cooperation, Infosys will use its industry cloud blueprint (part of Infosys Cobalt) and deploy ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) to support the digitization of factories, workshops and factory operations in the manufacturing industry.
As part of this cooperation, Infosys will use its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Caf and ServiceNow OTM based on the Now platform to improve the flexibility and availability of key OT systems in the entire manufacturing sector.
This cooperation will also be extended to meet the OTM, factory and operation digital needs of customers in the CPG, energy and retail industries.
Recently, Infosys and ServiceNow have partnered with Carrier Global Corporation, the world’s leading provider of health, safety, sustainable and smart building and cold chain solutions, to help them achieve their goal of spin-off from the parent company UTC. Infosys Cobalt’s ESM Cafhelped transformed Carrier’s IT, HR service desk, and security operations within the established time frame. Carrier chose Infosys because of its expertise in using the Now platform to transform the legacy environment, execution speed, and ability to quickly track large-scale implementations outside of IT.
