As part of this cooperation, Infosys will use its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Cafe and ServiceNow OTM based on the Now platform to improve the flexibility and availability of key OT systems throughout the manufacturing sector. This cooperation will also be extended to meet the OTM, factory and operation digital needs of customers in the CPG, energy and retail industries.

Operate and reduce the cost of the entire value chain.

Recently, Infosys and ServiceNow have partnered with Carrier Global Corporation, the world’s leading provider of health, safety, sustainable and smart building and cold chain solutions, to help them achieve their goal of spin-off from the parent company UTC. Infosys Cobalt’s ESM Café helped Carrier transform IT, HR service desk, and security operations within a given time frame.
