Infosys announced a partnership with ServiceNow, a leading digital workflow company dedicated to providing people with better jobs and providing enterprise-level service management for manufacturing customers.
Through this cooperation, Infosys will use its industry cloud blueprint (part of Infosys Cobalt) and deploy ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) to support the digitization of factories, workshops and factory operations in the manufacturing industry.

As part of the transaction, Infosys will use its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Café and ServiceNow OTM based on the Now platform to improve the flexibility and availability of key OT systems throughout the manufacturing sector. This cooperation will also be extended to meet the OTM, factory and operation digital needs of customers in the CPG, energy and retail industries.
At around 10.44 in the morning, Infosys shares were trading at Rs 1,733.10 per share on Sensex, an increase of 0.9%.
