India’s benchmark index may open flat today, as the SGX Nifty fell 21 points to 17,540 points, with mixed global clues.

Zee Entertainment Enterprise: The board of Zee Entertainment Enterprises approved in principle the merger of Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL).

Punit Goenka will serve as the managing director and chief executive officer of the combined entity. The merger decision was made at the board meeting held on September 21. The board of directors has authorized ZEEL management to initiate the required due diligence procedures.

Infosys: IT giant Infosys announced an alliance with digital workflow company ServiceNow on Tuesday to provide enterprise-level service management for manufacturing customers.

Infosys stated in a regulatory document that through this cooperation, it will use its industry cloud blueprint (part of Infosys Cobalt) and deploy ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) to support the manufacturing industry to realize factory, workshop and factory operations Digitization.

Hongliu Electric Power Co., Ltd.: The company has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Surya Vidyut Limited (SPV) from the seller.

SPV operates 156 MW wind power plants (projects) located in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) of the project is signed with the states for a period of 25 years, and the weighted average PPA electricity price is Rs. 4.68/kWh.

MTAR Technology Co., Ltd.: The company’s 100% Export Oriental Unit (EOU) in Telangana has obtained NADCAP certification and is valid for 12 months until November 2022.

Nuclear software: The company said its board of directors will consider repurchasing shares on Friday.

Godley attributes: Real estate developer Godrej Properties has a single-day sales of 57.5 billion rupees. The record sales were achieved during the start of the second phase of the Godrej Woods project in Noida. The total sales of the project in the past 6 months have reached 11.4 billion rupees. The forest-themed stage is called an evergreen tree.

The developer said that on the first day of launch, it sold 340 houses with an area of ​​more than 500,000 square feet. The company called it one of the most successful recent launches in the country.
