The Service Graph Connector utilizes the expertise of ServiceNow technology partners and ServiceNow engineering technology to provide a fast and reliable method for importing third-party data into ServiceNow Service Graph and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). LogicMonitor is one of the first integrations in the Service Graph Connector program. With the new LogicMonitor service graph connector, LogicMonitor can help customers load from LogicMonitor to ServiceNow service graphs and CMDB faster, easier, and more reliably to improve the running status of digital services.

ServiceNow Service Graph is a system of record for next-generation digital products and services that can address the entire technology stack from infrastructure to application layer. It includes ServiceNow’s CMDB, a repository of all infrastructure, relationship and configuration management information.
