Nexon Asia Pacific, a managed IT services company, has acquired Computer Systems Australia (CSA), a national ServiceNow partner.
The acquisition builds on the company’s acquisitions last year, including GCOMM, Remagine Solutions, XCentral and Melbourne’s Kiandra IT’s security solutions division.
“The acquisition of CSA will accelerate our strategic growth goals. We are not only expanding, but also expanding our digital transformation capabilities for existing and new customers,” said Nexon CEO Barry Assaf (Barry Assaf).
“With CSA’s footprint in Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle and Brisbane, this acquisition expands our scale to more than 400 employees. Through the acquisition of CSA, we have strengthened our propositions for cross-cloud, network and network customers.
“We will also be able to leverage CSA’s strong involvement and expertise in digital services to build on their relationship with ServiceNow to create new digital experiences for our customers.”
So far this year, Nexon has also concluded several major transactions with food service company IPC and wealth management fund Ord Minnett.
“We are very happy to join Nexon. It not only expands the scale, but also enables our customers to obtain new technologies and services that we did not provide before, and opens up more career opportunities for our outstanding staff team,” CSA who will join Nexon CEO Brett Woods said that the leadership team serves as the group’s chief strategy and transformation officer.
“By working together, we can accelerate technology adoption and innovation for our customers, making them the digital organization of the future,” Woods said.
