Servicenow’s partner Plat4mation in Utrecht was awarded for the number of certifications obtained during Knowlegde18, the annual Servicenow user conference. It is the third place in the EMEA region with the number of certified consultants. Channelweb discussed how to win the award with Elmer de Valk, the executive consultant of Plat4mation.
What does this award mean?
“As a Servicenow service partner, we help customers implement all Servicenow modules. We configure the platform to ensure that the functionality meets the needs. But, of course, this should not prevent upgrades. To ensure that our adjustments comply with Servicenow’s “technical best practices”, we must Train and certify employees. These certificates are suitable for administrators, developers, implementers or architects.
At Plat4mation, employees must pass the certification of the new Servicenow product within a maximum of two months. We do this in all process areas of Servicenow: it platform (itsm, itom, itbm), security, HR, customer service and (custom) applications. We are now ranked third in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the number of certified consultants. For this reason, we won the Servicenow certification award during Knowledge18.
What prize did you win in March?
The EMEA Partnernow Summit was held in Barcelona in March. Here, Servicenow awarded a total of seven awards to its sales, service and technology partners. We got the Breakout ISV Partner Award here. This is based on the ready-to-use application we built for Servicenow, and has passed platform compatibility, security and performance certification. These applications have been integrated into the Servicenow platform.
We currently offer twelve applications and integrations in the Servicenow store, divided into three categories: facility management, agile work, and integration. These applications have been sold nearly three hundred times and can help users manage specific processes or solve common business needs and save development costs.
What is the goal for the coming year?
“Since October 2017, we have been a gold partner of Servicenow and become a service partner. For sales (recommendations on the use and expansion of Servicenow products) and technology, we are still a silver medal.Our goal this year is to achieve gold medal status in all three areas. When we realize this, we will be the first in the world Triple gold-status. ‘
What do you think of the new partner program?
‘Servicenow hopes to cooperate with strategic partners, quality becomes more and more important. The new partner program provides clear criteria for the new points system, which is great. At Plat4mation, we hope to obtain the best statistics on the market by continuing to deliver successful projects.
