Seoul-(Korea News Line) June 29, 2021-Samsung SDS announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with ServiceNow in the United States to expand its cloud-based digital transformation (DT) business.

ServiceNow is a global digital workflow leader, providing a better working environment, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions based on the Now platform.

Through this agreement, in addition to the consulting, construction and operation services of the ServiceNow Now platform, Samsung SDS will also support the digital transformation of enterprises through links with various industry-specific solutions such as Brity RPA and chatbots. In particular, Samsung SDS plans to expand its business to Samsung affiliates and external customers by ensuring a “standard model” that optimizes the company’s common tasks.

In addition, the two companies will strengthen cooperation in new digital technologies such as natural language understanding (NLU) and artificial intelligence (AI) to jointly explore global business opportunities.
