ServiceNow is looking for executive architects to join our inspiration program. Inspire focuses on our largest and most innovative customers. Executive architects require business executives to think differently about how to increase revenue by improving the employee and customer experience (even the most minor interaction). They work with multiple pre-sales teams to design influential solutions and experience. These knowledge and experience can cross disciplines, integrate people and technology, and support enterprise service management.

While collaborating with customers, sales and fulfillment capabilities, the executive architect will use industry and operational experience to elegantly clarify the advantages of the ServiceNow platform, which is built on a single cloud platform that consists of a user interface and a code base And a data model. Consistent with the business goals of each client. The executive architect will also lead and participate in seminars, best practices and training courses offered to existing customers and partners.

What will you do in this role:

  • Advise senior managers of G2K organizations that are experiencing business growth, industry and/or technology trends, and digital transformation
  • Use ServiceNow Inspire deliverables and methods to define and manage consulting activities
  • Lead a discovery workshop with the leadership team to understand the features needed to support key business goals.
  • Document and present industry and architecture methods and recommended solutions to achieve business results.
  • Work with the ServiceNow team to use the ServiceNow platform and services that support customers’ business goals to create and display roadmaps, high-level architectures and digital transformations
  • Work with ServiceNow business value consultants to define and document the impact of ServiceNow solutions on the organization’s operations and transform its business capabilities.
  • Recommend solutions that meet the customer’s business goals and achieve the desired results.
  • Provide thought leadership and work with internal ServiceNow business units
  • Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, seminars, etc.
  • Understand and communicate the high-level governance and operating models on the ServiceNow platform, as well as the integration with existing frameworks and platforms

In order to succeed in this position, we need people with the following conditions:

  • More than 10 years of consulting positions in pre-sales solutions; and/or
  • Have more than 5 years of practical experience in architecture as an enterprise architect, chief architect or technical officer; and/or
  • Executive experience in managing, developing and providing corporate services in the organization.
  • Bachelor degree (compulsory); bonus points for mastery (business or technology preferred)
  • Inherent curiosity and enthusiasm for research technology and current and emerging trends in specific industries
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise service management and architectural decisions
  • Basic to advanced understanding of multiple solution areas, including business management, human resource service management, enterprise service management, operation management and application development
  • Experience in developing and developing C-level relationships, able to convey complex topics with various functional knowledge to the audience
  • Counseling skills, including problem diagnosis, sorting out and suggesting CXO level challenges
  • Presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting promotion and whiteboarding
  • Cross-functional planning and project management skills.
  • Supervise or design, implement and manage advanced architecture and integrated system or platform expertise in the application domain
  • Must work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to travel up to 70%
