ServiceNow and Celonis: Better automate company processes with less code

ServiceNow and Celonis intend to help companies digitize and modernize their processes through strategic partnerships. Products are planned that combine the functions of ServiceNow’s low-code platform and Celonis’s performance management platform.

Optimize workflow and processes

The focus is on finding and prioritizing suitable processes for automation. This data then provides the basis for companies to understand how their workflows work and how they can optimize them. Process bottlenecks should be recognized quickly. The combination of process intelligence from Celonis and the digital workflow of ServiceNow delivers information in real time.

German company Celonis’ performance management platform uses process mining backed by artificial intelligence. Business processes are examined and visualized based on their digital traces. ServiceNow’s low-code platform, on the other hand, enables users to automate manual processes and build apps with little IT knowledge.
