On the occasion of Microsoft Ignite 2020, ServiceNow showed a new workflow integrated in-house Microsoft Team, This is attributed to faster and autonomous resolution of key issues, thereby improving employee productivity.
New features (available for some companies that have joined the Beta program) passed Platform now ServiceNow’s features are designed to increase productivity by improving collaboration efficiency and completing key tasks in Microsoft Teams.
New features mainly include the experience of new employees in Microsoft Teams. The company wants to provide employees with support for any tools and equipment they choose to use. By integrating ServiceNow natively into the team, employees can send requests, receive updates on ongoing requests, take action on notifications, chat with virtual agents for automatic help, and contact real-time agents when they cannot provide assistance. Regarding the agent function in Microsoft Teams: Agents spend most of their time in ServiceNow IT service management, but they want to more easily use the collaboration function in Teams to communicate with employees and collaborate with other agents. Now, agents can use Notify to activate Teams customers to interact directly with colleagues, send important event updates to affected business parties, and directly chat with employees based on events or requests. When used with Teams’ new meeting extensions, the ServiceNow workflow enables agents to improve their work efficiency by resolving key events directly from within the Microsoft Teams meeting.

These updates follow the updates released by the Paris Now Now platform, which introduces extensive integration with Microsoft, which will help the company accelerate its digital transformation.
