Santa Clara (Santa Clara)-in the United States, against the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Women’s Basketball Association (WNBA), has established a multi-year partnership with ServiceNow. Therefore, the provider of the digital workflow is called the first “official workflow partner”. This cooperation includes providing solutions and technologies for the seamless workflow of the NBA and WNBA.
As part of the partnership, the NBA and WNBA are already using ServiceNow’s employee workflow solutions to manage the complex, manual processes associated with the start of the 2019-20 NBA season and the start of the 2020 WNBA season. ServiceNow’s workflow enables these two organizations to conduct critical onboarding and health check processes to promote safety and health on campus.
