Servicenow and Qualtrics have agreed on a partnership. As stated in the press release, the two companies will use each other’s technology. Servicenow will integrate Qualtrics’ sentiment data into its workflow platform. The purpose is to bring a joint solution for customer experience management to the market.
Starting from the second half of 2021, two concessions should be provided:

Experience manage for it: The IT team should be able to measure the efficiency of internal technology and optimize the service management process. The solution consists of two products, Qualtrics EmployeeXM for IT and Servicenow IT Service Management.

Experience-led customer service: The service manager should be able to start the work process based on the feedback, determine the factors that affect customer satisfaction and optimize the “service cost”. The solution combines Qualtrics CustomerXM and Servicenow customer service management products.
In mid-March, Servicenow showed a new version of its IT service management platform. The Quebec version brings new tools for developing low-code applications and advanced AI features.
