ServiceNow is located in ITSM market segment and customer support management, equipped with large-scale processing capabilities of analysis and transaction database technology. To this end, he just got in touch with Swarm64, which was created by a former PostgreSQL employee in Berlin in 2013, which will allow users to significantly speed up the time and number of queries executed in context and multiple sources. “Swarm64 provides a combination of analytics and transactional database capabilities, supports large-scale workloads, and enables our customers to achieve world-class performance and scalability,” read the blog post of the merger announcement.
Swarm64’s open source database technology is particularly suitable for processing large-scale data sets and performing real-time complex analysis. “With Swarm64, ServiceNow will help customers manage data more effectively in many different use cases to perform complex and fast data analysis,” the version explains.
