Smith’s appointment expands the evolution of ServiceNow’s announcement of its listing function in July to drive deeper customer success and continue to build an excellent partner ecosystem, as ServiceNow’s revenue will grow to $10 billion or more.

Smith has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
