Service Now presented a new strategy for the international partner ecosystem at Knowledge19, an in-house user conference in Las Vegas. It aims to accelerate digital transformation and generate added value. In the new system, participants are evaluated and classified based on the Service Now solutions used and four other criteria. The four evaluation points are capability, capability, customer success and performance. Based on these ratings, Partners are divided into one of five categories between Registered Partners and Global Elite Partners and enjoy similar benefits.
