ServiceNow launches tools to monitor and manage returning employees

ServiceNow

ServiceNow has now released four new applications that are expected to help companies manage employees to lift restrictions. Safe Workplace Suite is designed to monitor whether employees return to the office happily and whether the company is fully prepared for it. The universal dashboard collects data for four applications.

Employee control

Through the Employee Readiness Surveys application, employees can answer a series of questions about their readiness to return to work and their personal interests. ServiceNow explained that based on these responses, employers can determine necessary and appropriate actions “to help ensure a smooth and safe return.”

The employee health screening app is designed to screen employees for fever more easily, allowing you to record their body temperature and notify employees if they can enter. The dashboard helps visualize trends by site and monitor all employees’ feedback on their sites.

Work space and protective equipment management

To help companies welcome employees while complying with health rules, workplace safety management solutions can quickly configure workspaces with the necessary social distance. The application is also used to allocate work schedules and organize shifts between different teams, as well as determine cleaning schedules.

With Workplace PPE inventory management, companies can manage their personal protective equipment inventory. The application dashboard provides a global view of inventory by site, as well as a global overview of all workspaces. Historical data on the evolution of equipment levels over time can also be obtained.

We remember that ServiceNow has drawn an application dedicated to crisis management in mid-March to show its responsiveness. With these four new apps that seemed most inconsistent before the crisis, publishers are paying attention to campaigns initiated by others including Swiss Beekeeper (read >> Does the company plan to deploy apps to check the health of employees? ). Salesforce has launched several special COVID features integrated into its Work.com solution, and it has also prepared a manual contact tracking support application for authorities and companies (also read >> SAP and Salesforce: From CRM To manually track contacts).
